A Certain Cesar is a comedy show that follows the line of A certain Shakespeare and A certain Quixote.

This time, we delve into the universe of the Roman Empire to relive its great characters, traditions, laws, discoveries, and failures... all with a lot of humor!

Through gags and implausible situations, two clownish characters - an archaeologist and a construction worker determined to build a tourist complex on ancient Roman baths - take us to a time full of intrigues and extravagances. Among ruins and cement, we will relive mythical figures such as Julius Caesar, Cleopatra, Mark Antony, the philosophers Cicero and Seneca, and even some old familiar irreducible characters: Asterix and Obelix! Not to mention conspiracies, betrayals, and some unexpected appearances.

With a fresh and irreverent tone, the show connects the ancient world with the present, exploring themes such as architecture, gastronomy, beliefs, and philosophy, elements that still shape our society. A Certain Caesar is a hilarious journey through time, combining music, object theatre, gesture, improvisation, and lots of comedy.
