"A small story", Héctor Alterio at Teatre Poliorama

Based on a small story, a round trip journey Buenos Aires – Madrid – Buenos Aires, Héctor Alterio brings us the memories of all his years in poetry, music, and emotion in this recital.

A show that tells how in 1974 Héctor came to Spain to present the film La Tregua and when he wanted to return, there were no return flights for him. That's how Madrid became his prison and his salvation.

At that moment of his life, he had to adapt to other stages and change his accent, facing the pain of exile. Almost as a sustenance in those years, he let himself be moved by the poetry of León Felipe, Borges, Cátulo Castillo and Piazzolla, among others.

In this journey through memory, he will recite some of his poems and tangos with his unique voice, and almost like an accomplice, Juan Esteban Cuacci will accompany him musically on the piano.
