On February 14, and as part of the BCNegra program, the presentation of Practical Manual of Noir and Criminal Cooking (Pepitas, 2025) by Montse Clavé will take place at the Boqueria Market, a compendium of books, dishes, and drinks through which you can discover a whole range of noir-criminal authors, books, and recipes. In addition to delving into genre readings, it will serve to prepare complete and suggestive menus with which literary-gastronomic sessions can be organized.
A select manual with linocuts by Carlos Baonza that brings us closer to some of the authors and books that once populated the shelves of the Negra i Criminal bookstore in Barcelona.
