Children's Party at the Royal Shipyards

The Royal Shipyards are one of the most unique medieval buildings in Barcelona. More than seven hundred years ago, this space was a great shipbuilding factory where galleys that sailed the Mediterranean were constructed.

We invite you to discover its history in a very special way: a festive day full of games, workshops, and activities for the whole family.

You will build your own Shipyards, create a stonemason's mark, build a galley, learn about the trades that made this exceptional building possible, and uncover the secrets still hidden within its walls today.

Discovering the Royal Shipyards

A construction game to understand the architecture of the Royal Shipyards. Using two pieces-a vault and a counter-vault-you can recreate the longitudinal naves that characterize this historic building.

Stamping Postcards

You will create a unique postcard inspired by the Royal Shipyards using different stamping techniques.

Giant Construction Game

A play area with large format pieces to put your creativity to the test and build amazing structures as a family.

Shipyard Trades

Discover the trades that made the construction of the Royal Shipyards possible. In different activity corners, you will learn about the work of stonemasons, master builders, and other artisans.
