On Monday, February 24th at 12 p.m., the Boqueria Market celebrates a new edition of the 'Council of Sages', a series that pays tribute to prominent figures in Catalan gastronomy.
This time the honoree will be Pere Chías, owner of the restaurant La Font de Prades, a reference of traditional Catalan cuisine founded in 1969.
