Verónica Estay Stange grows up surrounded by a family silence that unsettles her and makes her uneasy. As an adult, she investigates the ordeals experienced by her family in Chile-severely persecuted by Augusto Pinochet's dictatorship-and an uncle who ended up collaborating with the oppressors. Verónica embarks on a journey to discover and, above all, understand what happened to Miguel Estay, alias El Fanta, and asks us if we would be capable of loving someone considered a monster by much of society.
