Ensemble Liceu XXI to Conservatori del Liceu

The Liceu XXI Ensemble works on key pieces of compositional avant-garde or the music written in the classrooms of the Liceu Conservatory Foundation by the composition students of the center. This ensemble trains students in the interpretation of contemporary repertoire, but also brings the most current and newly created music to the public, establishing itself as an artistic offering of great interest in the musical programming of our city dedicated to new musical languages.

Therefore, it represents a unique opportunity to access what composers of our time do, but also for the authors themselves, who have in Liceu XXI an open window to show their creative work to the world.

The Young Liceu presents itself as a very attractive musical proposal that contributes to fully prepare students for their professional leap while they are in their training period. It also provides a great opportunity for music lovers in the city to access highly interesting repertoires and multiple formats, as well as a wide stylistic variety.
