IED Barcelona, in collaboration with the Consorci de Comerç, Artesania i Moda de Catalunya (CCAM), presents an exhibition commemorating the 10th anniversary of the New Crafts Digital Revolution project with a careful selection of proposals representative of all editions.

The exhibition offers a comprehensive view of the impact and evolution of the initiative, highlighting the collaborative work between young designers and local master craftsmen to explore new frontiers and generate innovative and sustainable products that combine traditional craftsmanship with the latest digital manufacturing technologies. From CNC milling to 3D printing, students have explored new manufacturing methods while learning from the wisdom and traditional techniques of local artisans, resulting in products that stand out not only for their quality and beauty but also for their ability to address contemporary design challenges.

The exhibition will also be a platform for reflecting on the four conceptual axes that underpin the project: human collaboration, excellence in craftsmanship, innovation in the hybrid era, and beauty as a fundamental value.
