Literary tasting with Carla Gracia at Fnac Rambles

Come and share an afternoon of literature and wine with us: we will discuss El jardí adormit with Carla Gracia, who will join us in person to talk to the audience and answer questions. On Tuesday, June 30th at 7 p.m., at the Fnac Rambles Forum. We will toast with wines from Las Moradas de San Martín: organic, vegan, and with DOP Vinos de Madrid.

Iris lives in London, works for a major financial institution, and seems to have everything under control-until her life falls apart: her fiancé's betrayal and an irreparable loss she has carried since childhood leave her adrift. Then, an unusual advertisement catches her attention: they are looking for someone to take care of a garden on an estate in Empordà. The phrase "cheerful people need not apply" brings a bitter smile to her lips. For the first time, she feels like she fits in somewhere. As she brings the sleeping garden back to life, Iris discovers that she can also restore life to the house she finds herself in: to bring hidden secrets to light, reconcile memories, and free those who remain trapped there. Marc, the enigmatic resident of the estate, is part of these shadows: a wounded man, marked by tragedy, who holds the key to the truth. A story about a woman's awakening that immerses us in the fascinating world of the language of flowers and its symbolic power.
