Painters of the gallery 1877-1950 at Sala Parés

The present exhibition is part of an initiative that Sala Parés recovered in 2017 on the occasion of its 140th anniversary, framed within the concept of 'MEMORY'. This initiative was born with the aim of highlighting the origins of the gallery and the historical artists who have been linked to it, reclaiming them and/or making them known, as well as studying them through research and exhibition projects to illustrate different episodes of its trajectory, and in general, the history of art.

On this occasion, the chronological spectrum starts from the founding date of Sala Parés as an art gallery (1877) and extends until 1950. The exhibition is made up of a selection of works for sale from both the gallery's collection and important private collections.

It can be visited for free from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 am to 2 pm and from 4 pm to 8 pm
