Manuel Montes

In 2023, he was recognized with the Extraordinary Award for Best Solo Dancer at the Festival de Jerez. He is an artist with a solid career in tablaos and international tours across Europe and Asia.

El "Tete"

Finalist dancer for the National Award of Córdoba 2025, with international tours in Japan, the United States, and France. His stage presence and technical precision establish him as a key figure in today's flamenco scene in Barcelona.

Marta Cañizares

In 2018, she won the Best Dancer Award at the Málaga Crea competition. She is part of Mercedes de Córdoba's company, where she premiered the show “Olvidadas, a las sin sombrero” at the Bienal de Flamenco de Sevilla.

Cocktail of the month: Bulerías

The bulería is the signature style of Jerez de la Frontera. By using sherry wine as its base, the cocktail acquires its identity. 2. The bulería is known for being lively and festive: the herbal liqueur and orange juice add that sparkling touch that mimics the energy of a flamenco party.3. The redcurrant syrup and red blackberry tint the cocktail with reddish hues, evoking passion and the colors of costumes with lights or ruffles, and the orange peel provides a citrus aroma that recalls Andalusian courtyards.
