On Sunday, March 29 at 5:30 PM, we invite you to the tour "La Mercè: The First Seaside Neighborhood of Barcelona".

Palaces, convents, horse races, murdered nobles, millers, military institutions, artists, vanished houses, and relocated buildings… all this in a small neighborhood, La Mercè, arranged along a single street, which once played the same role that La Rambla has today. The route starts at the church that gives the neighborhood its name and ends at its edge, at the post office building.

Tour led by María Jesús Navarro (from the CultRuta team)

Tour language: Catalan

Meeting point: Wax Museum of Barcelona

Limited spaces. Prior registration required

The (Re)Discover La Rambla tours are part of the project "La Rambla, a new model of Urban Tourism", with which Amics de La Rambla wants to invite you to stroll along La Rambla. The project is supported by the Government of Catalonia, the City Council of Barcelona, and GetYourGuide.
