On Thursday, June 18 at 6 pm we invite you to the "Photographed Rambla" Route.
La Rambla is Barcelona's promenade par excellence. It is beautiful, it is central, it takes you to the sea… but above all, it is the walkway where everyone meets. The street where all kinds of locals and visitors mingle. Everyone's territory, including photographers, La Rambla has been the vantage point from which to observe and showcase the society of the moment. We invite you to walk along it, following a century and a half of photographic footsteps, emulating the masters of this craft who have given us their way of seeing it. Together we will analyze the photographs, their technical, aesthetic, and narrative aspects. We will contextualize them within their era to compare them with the present and seek ways to recreate them today.
