On Sunday, June 21 at 6 pm we invite you to the tour "La Rambla, cradle of Barcelona's theatre".
Discover a Barcelona you may have never been told about: the city that vibrates behind the scenes, in the stalls, amid historical conflicts and dressing room anecdotes. On this tour, we will review over a century of theatrical history while strolling along La Rambla and its surroundings, from the Teatre Principal to the theatres near Plaça de Catalunya.
A proposal designed for everyone who enjoys culture —no need to be an expert— and for those who have set foot in theatres but don't know the stories that have made them legendary. If you've already taken other guided tours of Barcelona, this one will show you a different city: the one of rebellious actors, passionate audiences, legendary rivalries, and spaces that have marked generations. Come and experience theatre outside the theatre!
