The Symphonic Band of the Liceu Superior Conservatory of Music returns to the Liceu Jove cycle as a consolidated project, not only for the excellent reputation it has left with the audience and participants, but as a cornerstone that enriches the orchestral offer for woodwind and brass instrument students from all courses.
Through the band, these students have the opportunity to approach a world that, although still unknown to the public, is thriving in Europe, Asia, and the United States, where bands, far from limiting themselves to arrangements of symphonic works or "festive" music, have an extraordinarily wide and diverse repertoire of new creations specifically designed for this type of ensemble.
Liceu Cambra - Masterclasses & Concerts is a unique artistic and pedagogical proposal in the country, focused on classical and contemporary music and featuring the most interesting masterclasses by great masters of the international scene and concerts in different formats that bring together our students and professors on stage with world-famous guests.
