"The Barcarola", a family show at the Gran Teatre del Liceu

La Barcarola is a show where music, image, and illustration interact live to envelop young audiences in an immersive and impactful sensory experience.

Music that helps you see and images that help you listen: connecting languages to imagine, feel, and grow.

A journey of discovery where two singers, two musicians, and an illustrator will perform a selection of very well-known opera arias that have been carefully arranged to attract the little ones.

The proximity to the performers made possible by the Foyer room will allow for a very direct connection between the audience and the stage.

The show is recommended for children over 3 years old and has a duration of 45 minutes. On Saturday the 20th, there will be a friendly performance for people with attention deficit and/or autism.
