"The bellowing of the deer" by La Calòrica at the Teatre Poliorama

An old mountain hotel in the middle of nowhere. Some people have come from far away to hear the majestic roar of the deer; all the guides describe it as a unique experience. Others have simply come to celebrate Grandma's 70th birthday, close an important real estate deal, or try to save their marriage by having a threesome. There is also a group of theater creators hoping to spend a few days discussing the possibilities of political theater to transform society, and two girls lost in the forest, searching for a millennial drug and a secret party that, according to some, is celebrated in that place. Multiple stories, characters crossing paths; some are paralyzed by the feeling of emptiness, others need to escape from the noise... but all are alone in the world, or at least that's what they believe. Meanwhile, the days go by and still no one has heard the deer's roar. Where have they gone?

Deer Roar, a unique experience in an incomparable setting is an existential and political comedy, individual and collective. Anxiety, connection, and a raging need to live experiences unprecedentedly standard.
