Tribute to "Sex and the City" at the Erotic Museum of Barcelona

Next Friday, May 30th at 5:30 p.m., the Barcelona Erotic Museum (MEB) presents a very special talk-panel on the occasion of the premiere of the new season of "And Just Like That", the sequel to the iconic HBO series "Sex in the city", and in commemoration of the anniversary of the first episode aired in 1998.

Amid quotes, cocktails, and confessions, Barcelona takes on the New York spirit at the MEB. Titled "Sex, quotes, and fashion: 25 years after Sex in the City", the event will bring together three expert voices to discuss what "Sex in the City" meant at the time and what it still represents today, especially in cities like Barcelona.

Thus, the MEB opens its doors to a unique experience for fans, the curious, and those nostalgic for the series that forever changed the way women talk about sex on television.

The event will feature the participation of three expert women:

• Sarah Rippert. Director of the Barcelona Erotic Museum (MEB), Graduate in Business Management and Master in Executive Development, Emotional Intelligence, and Coaching. Author of the personal growth journals "90 days of".

• Sigrid Cervera. Sexologist at the Barcelona Erotic Museum (MEB), expert in sexual education and responsible for the museum's educational area. She has a private practice dedicated to sexual counseling for couples and individuals. As a Journalist, she was a sex columnist and Director of the VALE magazine.

• Ariadna Alcañiz. Content Director of a digital communication agency in Barcelona. Journalist specialized in fashion and luxury. She has worked with national and international brands in communication and branding strategies, as well as collaborated with media outlets like La Vanguardia.

"The idea is to have a conversation and exchange ideas with the active participation of those attending," explains Rippert. "Promoting dialogue and opening spaces for reflection on romantic relationships is one of our main goals," adds Cervera.

Sex, quotes, and cocktails

The event will also be a celebration of the cosmopolitan, irreverent, and brilliant spirit of Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha. Therefore, the museum proposes a playful nod: those who come in a group and identify with their favorite character can choose between a "Sex in the MEB" cocktail or a bottle of cava to share during the event with the ticket.

There are limited tickets (30 spots): it is recommended to reserve in advance to secure a spot.
