Assembly of Friends of La Rambla

The General Assembly of Amics de La Rambla took place on March 27th with a double convocation. The ELISAVA assembly hall welcomed the members of Amics de La Rambla at this important annual meeting.
Extraordinary General Assembly
With a single item on the agenda, this assembly served to approve the new drafting of the statutes in order to update them. The new statutes were approved by a large majority.
Ordinary General Assembly
Following this, the annual meeting was held, during which the members of Amics de La Rambla approve the management of the Board of Directors and the technical team, the annual accounts, as well as the projects and budgets for the year 2026. It is also the moment when the members raise their concerns, make proposals for future projects of the entity, and suggest new lines of action.
Election Announcement
The Assembly also served to call elections for the positions of the Board of Directors of Amics de La Rambla, as planned.
The members of Amics de La Rambla will receive the planned schedule and information about the electoral process and candidacies.
With the announcement, the period for submitting candidacies has opened (and will remain open until April 10th).
The event was attended by the president, Àlex Balletbó, the secretary, Anna Matamala, the treasurer, Andreu Puig, the first vice-president, Pau Bosch, and the manager, Xavi Masip, who explained different aspects related to the management of Amics de La Rambla and its projects.
