La Boqueria pays tribute to Carles Gaig in its Council of Wise Men

La Boqueria paid tribute this morning to Carles Gaig, who has joined the Boqueria Council of Wise People, a cycle that aims to distinguish people from the world of gastronomy and restaurants who have paved the way and set trends. Carles Gaig, who also received the Tast a La Rambla 2025 award, thus sees his career and commitment to market cuisine recognized.

Accompanied by the market's manager, Óscar Ubide, the chef reviewed his professional career and received congratulations from many colleagues in the profession who wanted to express their affection and admiration. Finally, Carles Gaig, surrounded not only by friends from the world of cuisine, received the recognition from the president of the Market, Jordi Mas, and the honorary president, Salvador Capdevila.
