Friends of La Rambla and the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation are organizing the fourth edition of their charity paella contest to raise awareness about multiple sclerosis
This year, the Contest is one of the main events of the Gòtic Festival
On Saturday, May 16, the fourth edition of the charity gastronomic contest 'Fem Paelles a La Rambla' (Let's Make Paellas on La Rambla) will take place, organized by the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation and the Amics de La Rambla association. This initiative aims to give visibility to and raise awareness in society about multiple sclerosis, a neurodegenerative disease that affects 12,000 people in Catalonia and still has no cure.
The contest will start at 12 p.m. at La Rambla Santa Mònica and will be sponsored by Oleaurum and Repsol. Once again, the jury will be made up of renowned professionals who will give advice to the participants so their paellas are simply irresistible.

This year, "Fem Paelles a La Rambla" is one of the activities of the Gòtic Festival and aims to encourage everyone to try the contestants' paellas at an affordable price.
The funds raised will go towards promoting neurorehabilitation and support services, as well as boosting scientific research, with the goal of improving the quality of life of people with multiple sclerosis and slowing the progression of the disease.
Come to La Rambla to make or eat paella. There will be music, entertainment, good vibes, and solidarity. We're waiting for you!
