Pere Chías joins the Wise Council of La Boqueria

Today, Monday 24, the Boqueria Market paid tribute to Pere Chías, owner of the restaurant "La Font de Prades", incorporating him into its "Council of Sages".
The Council of Sages of La Boquería is a tribute to people from the gastronomy and restaurant industry who have influenced Catalan cuisine. Pere Chías joins the other "sages" who have received the distinction: Joan Bayen "Pinotxo", Joan Rossell from "Flors Maria", Josep Monje from "Via Veneto", Alícia and Montse Agut from "Can Culleretes", Josep Solà, Josep Lladonosa, Isidre Girone?s, Jean-Louis Neichel and Francesc Fortí.
