The Dishes of Tast a La Rambla 2026

From May 28th to 31st, Amics de La Rambla and grup gsr organize the twelfth edition of Tast a La Rambla, Barcelona's gastronomy festival.

These are the dishes you can try this year:

Atempo (*). Nori seaweed cannula with Japanese-cured salmon and soy in textures

Bar Alegria. Bar Alegria's truffled omelette

Blanc at Mandarin Oriental. Duck with lacquered pears, cherries with parsnip cream and hazelnuts

Bodega Amposta. Cod fritters

Casa Amàlia 1950. Red prawn papadum with garlic, chili and egg from Berguedà

Casa Rafuel. Rafuel bravas

Cecconi's. Gnocchetti, white asparagus ragout, guanciale, parmesan and black truffle

CentOnze. Crispy potato bomba stuffed with free-range chicken stew

Cholo Chang. Iberian pork and prawn siu mai & Ikura with Arequipeno xume sauce

Cinc Sentits (**) Suckling pig brioche with caramelized apple

Compartir Barcelona. Lamb taco with our salmorejo and passion fruit air

Dos Pebrots. Meatballs with brava sauce

El Mercader de l'Eixample. Veal fricandó with wild mushrooms

Enoteca Paco Pérez (**). White prawn, chicken sauce and artichokes

Família Nuri. Chicken and prawn rice with citrus mayonnaise

Gaig Barcelona. Croc Messier of roasted meat

Kiosko Universal. Cap i pota (stew made with head and trotters)

La Mafia Mexicana. Quesabirria

La Pau. Catalan-style grilled chicken sandwich

Leña Barcelona. The burger that gave meaning to everything

Maymanta. Ceviche-style limeña causa with meagre fish

Nandu Jubany (*). Nandu's cannelloni with spring mushrooms in cream

Nectari Restaurant. Alaska wild salmon tartare with bao bread and kewpie sauce

Pepa Tomate. Fried baby squid mollete with citrus aioli

Roster & Bubbles. Smoked pulled pork croquette with kimchi mayonnaise

Tapas 24. Bikini sandwich with Iberian ham, mozzarella and truffle

Telefèric. Creamy rice with Iberian pork, acorn-fed ham, black sausage and squid

The Fish and Chips Shop. Fried hake in smoked tempura with chips, tartar sauce and mango chutney

Tunateca Balfegó. Balfegó red tuna tartare, steak tartare style

Virens. Carrot risotto with crispy seaweed and black olive aioli

Pastisseria L'Atelier. Ice Dog - Grilled puff pastry filled with soft ice cream and toppings

All dishes are priced at 6 euros.
