The florists of La Rambla are already at Plaça de Catalunya

The transfer of the flower stalls began on Monday, March 23, and currently all eight stalls are operating as usual. The new location of the stallholders has been agreed upon with the owners through the Municipal Institute of Markets of Barcelona (IMMB) in order to cause as little inconvenience as possible.
The stalls that will be set up in Plaça de Catalunya, newly created, will be the same ones that will be permanently installed on La Rambla. These are renovated designs with structures that combine metal and glass, in colors that facilitate integration into the landscape of La Rambla. Only one of the stalls, the Flors Carolina kiosk (La Rambla, 93), will retain its original format, awarded for its design.
When the works on La Rambla are finished, in February 2027, the florists' stalls will return to their original location.
