The Fonda España is reopening its doors

Once its transformation process has been completed, Fonda España will open its doors on May 6.
The transformation process has always aimed to maintain its essence, updating both the space and its services. Chef Edu Rodas will continue to lead the kitchen. With years of experience under the guidance of chef Martín Berasategui, he offers a cuisine that is respectful of tradition, with just the right touch of creativity and innovation.
Fonda España will be open - starting May 6 - from Wednesday to Saturday, from 1 pm to 3 pm and from 8 pm to 10 pm.
