Videos to (re)discover La Rambla IX. Círculo del Liceo
With this series of videos they want to invite you to (Re)Discover La Rambla. We want to bring you closer to institutions, historic businesses, attractions, traditions...
This new video is dedicated to the Círculo del Liceo.
The Cercle del Liceu is a private club founded in 1847 in the heart of Barcelona, which has made love for art and connection to the city its hallmarks.
Located on La Rambla, it shares a building with the Gran Teatre del Liceu and music is one of the central axes of its cultural activity.
Its facilities constitute a true modernist museum due to the value of its furniture and its artistic heritage, highlighting the collection of paintings that Ramón Casas painted for the room known as La Rotonda.
The Círculo del Liceo offers its members and visitors a meeting place and a constant and renewed range of activities focused on music, visual arts, literature, and all aspects related to the cultural dynamization of the city.
The "Videos to (Re)Discover La Rambla" are part of the project "La Rambla, a new model of Urban Tourism" with which Friends of La Rambla want to invite you to stroll along La Rambla and get to know it better. The project is supported by the Government of Catalonia, the Barcelona City Council, and GetYourGuide.
