You can now submit your candidates to receive the 2026 Ramblista d'Honor award

The period for submitting candidates to receive the Ramblista d'Honor award for the year 2026 is now open.
The members of Amics de La Rambla, the members of the La Rambla Advisory Council, individuals or institutions previously distinguished with this award, and the members of the Jury for the awards can submit nominations.
Nominations can be submitted via email (info@amicsdelarambla.cat) or by postal mail (Amics de La Rambla. La Rambla, 88-94, 3rd D).
The application period will end 24 hours before the Jury meeting, the date of which will be announced once it is set.

RAMBLISTA D'HONOR AWARDS
The Amics de La Rambla Association announces the Ramblista d'Honor awards, which were created in 1961 with the aim of recognizing individuals, organizations, institutions, or companies who, through their activity and effort, have contributed to improving, promoting, or enhancing the prestige of La Rambla. A few years ago, Amics de La Rambla decided to refocus the objective in order to recognize individuals, organizations, institutions, or companies who, through their activity and effort, have contributed to improving, promoting, or enhancing the prestige of Barcelona.
These awards aim to establish themselves as a civic event that highlights La Rambla as the promenade with a vocation and tradition of centrality in Barcelona's civic life, as demonstrated by its history of synthesis, both socially and culturally, of all the possible Barcelonas.
For this reason, the Ramblista d'Honor award seeks to become the highest expression of recognition granted by Barcelona's civil society.
A jury representing the civil society of our city will evaluate the suitability of the awardees.
The award ceremony will take place in October at an official event in the Saló de Cent at Barcelona City Hall.
