Institutional relations and relations with other entities

La Rambla is the most universal promenade in Barcelona and as such, plays an important role in all areas of city life in the Catalan capital. It is for this reason that our Association is requested for a multitude of events and meetings.

Meetings with the government team of the District of Ciutat Vella are common, as well as participation in the assemblies and meetings of the Fundación Tot Raval, FOCIVESA, and FAVB, of which we are members.

As the reference Association of La Rambla, we are also invited to initiatives of other entities, such as the Dinner for the awarding of the "Rosa de Plata" prizes from Barna Centre, to the proclamation of the festivities of all neighborhoods of Ciutat Vella and the city of Barcelona; to the "Barcelona, the Best Store in the World" awards from the City Council, to the Assembly and awarding of the "Top 10" prizes from Shopping Line, Centenary Trade of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Authorities and members of other associations also respond to our invitations. Every year, for example, the Mayor of Barcelona and part of his government team join us at the Ramblers' Dinner, as well as presidents and members of other organizations.

Nevertheless, each passing year strengthens the relationship with the city of Católica (Italy), twinned with La Rambla of Barcelona.
