Royal Academy of Sciences and Arts of Barcelona
Hola, què tal?
Puc passar per l'oficina a les 15:00 i parlem de la reunió?
The RACAB established in 1764 dedicated its first years to teaching physics and mathematics; it was in the 19th century that it became the reference institution for the dissemination and promotion of science in Barcelona. Great geniuses have passed through the halls of the academy, such as Albert Einstein, who in 1923 presented the basics of relativity in the RACAB's auditorium.
The building of the Royal Academy of Sciences and Arts of Barcelona is full of stories and, although it has been part of the city's life for many years, it is one of the least known on La Rambla.
The visit will reveal corners full of magic such as the library, the auditorium, the room of scientific instruments, or the room of the astronomical clock.
